The earthly-bound Madronna powerfully reaches diagonally from right to left, beyond an atmospheric blue. Intensely interesting are the splashes of sky that seem to have fallen mysteriously to the lower right, rendering a perfect asymmetrical balance. It appears lush with texture. This little painting thrills me in a big way!
